Welcome to the ACES SoCal blog. We still have the website going with lots of old photos and updated information on events and meetings. But this blog is a place for active members friends of the club and people of interest to post current info and updates of their builds. Check it out.

27 Modified Update

Thanks to the help of fellow ace Jose, today some awesome progress was made on the 27 T modified. Body position on the frame was determined, we cut, fabbed and welded pockets to clear the rear radius rods on the bottom of the cab, cut a clearance hole for the torque tube, welded sheet metal re-enforcement into the back panel, removed the windshield, began cutting un needed brackets and tabs from the frame, and started making an attempt to bondo over some of Sammy's lovely door patch welds. If this kind work keeps up, driving this to the resurrection will be a reality.
